For at least 2 weeks I have no been able to open this app..it's frozen on the white screen. I've called the bank and got hardly any resolution. This is not good and an inconvenience I keep having to go to the website and open the account that way to check my account balances and transactions. Sooo not good for me!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS !!!

a lot of people do not like a change especially when it comes to their funds and their money people get used to what they're dealing with stop changing the system older people have the money and the funds and keeping these Federal Credit Unions open stop changing the format on the apps soon as we learn it you change it and not for the good for the worst it looks like you want to give your customer service more business to keep your Federal Credit Union open may not be true but that's the way it

the app is great and easy to use of you can't figure something out hit the call person and a staff member while definitely guide you or get you in the right direction
