I have to log in, then wait for the system to call me. I answer and follow the prompts. Then I close out of the call, go back to the app and wait for my accounts to show up. Some days I log in and my accounts are right there, which is so nice. I do like all my accounts being on one page and not having to log in for each account.

The mobile app section of this is brutal. In this day in age of cell phones that are Beyond Technologies dreams there is no reason why a clear screenshot of a check that you are trying to deposit through the deposit section should come out so poorly. And because of that, it took several days for me to realize they sent me an e-mail which I don't always check instead of posting it in my mail when I log into my acct, to let me know that it never went through & for me to retake it. Hard 2 navigate

It's really good and you can do almost anything through the app. The only real problem is trying to deposit a check through the app. The pictures you take of the check you're trying to deposit are so outdated looking they can barely be read clearly. They really need to change it to a actual picture instead of the barely legible black and white picture it takes.
