The app works just fine! Sun sent out an email Friday that said that it's system was going down this weekend for an upgrade. You can view your account if you pull down the app sign in page. The email said that it's system will be back up on Monday.
Just like everyone else, app would work fine until this morning. Started saying "This app is no longer supported."
Loved the app and suddenly it stopped working. Says I need the new app. But I can't find a new app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and I get the same thing.
It's broken I've been using the app for years and for the most part it was very good. However today you've failed me. It's slow to log into, my info isn't current, and it won't let me transfer money between accounts. WTF is going on?! I hate this app now.
This app is great, however, I do agree with the review posted by another consumer. Sun Bank definitely has a sub par customer service department but this is only related to their hours of operation as they do not provide 24/7 service.
