They moved the placement of the accounts, so you have to be diligent on making sure you are looking at the correct one when checking balance. Made the mistake of looking at the wrong account since it used to be my checking card tied to my debit card on the top. I keep my account tied to debit low to avoid someone draining the account if they got access to debt card info. Oops, there's not enough money in that account but was in account on top.

Cashing a check through the app is a 1 hour endeavor. If you don't have the pictures taken absolutely perfectly, not too bright, not too dark, no wrinkles, in under 10 seconds from logging in you are logged out due to "inactivity". Overall the process is extremely clunky and buggy. It would almost be more convenient to drive the two hours to the bank, deposit it, and drive back, with almost none of the frustration.

All of the features that I use seem to work well. Very convenient for depositing checks. Using the app saves me so much time by not going out of my way to cash checks which I would also have to leave work early to align with the banks hours. Also convenient for conducting transfers. I only do internal transfers but I see the option to do external ones. I absolutely love not having to schedule my day around going to the bank. Since using this app I only have to go maybe 3 times a year.
