App is poorly designed, feels clunky and unintuitive each segment of the app is like its own app in itself. The app doesn't communicate within itself very well. If you have a car loan, a credit card and a bank account you are having to do things three entirely different ways and none of it is very connected in the app at all. Just very poorly designed

Love the convenience! The only problem is you only get 6 free transfers per month and can't do anything else after that without going into a branch. Its great if youre in town, though! Depositing checks for me takes upwards of 5 business days, but the other members I know get it within 2 business days. Overall, the app is really convenient, no bugs, secure and private.

Since the latest update, I can no longer use the biometric ID. It used to be a problem constantly saying a new fingerprint had been registered, which it hadn't. Now, it just doesn't work at all. I do like the transfer features, the ease of use for most functions, and the look, though.
