You just did an update. What happened to the finger print log in option? It went away with the update. EDIT: if you lost your finger print option with the new update, you need to log in manually to your mobil app, go into the menu, then click on the "cog" and turn the finger print option back on and follow instructions from there. It took me a little bit to figure out but it's there. I hope this helps.

I sometimes have trouble getting my password typed in correctly. This is because I have fat fingers not the aps fault.

Update: 🤦🤦I figured it out! I'm just not the most tech savvy so didn't realize it was just a setting! It no longer allows me to login using my fingerprint once I updated the app. I have to manually type in my password each time now which is not as convenient.
