Poor option for paying credit card....if we have checking and savings and credit card accounts at the CU and we want to PAY the credit card payment, one would think clicking on the "Pay" button would allow you to pay your cc account using one of your existing CU accounts. Not so...you have to add a new account, including routing number/account number....to pay. What developer thought this was a good idea? Pass thru customer data naturally....duh. So tiring, trying to "do tech." DO better.

When the app works, it works great, however an update happened recently and now I can't open my checking or savings account transactions lists. Everytime I try, the app freezes momentarily then it force-closes. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the cache and the data and still no luck. I would really like for this issue to be resolved.

App and website seem to have a lot more problems loading than they used to. Everything takes way too long to load (if it ever does). I've tried from pc and phone (on different networks) and neither want to work when I need them to. This happens a lot, and it's not something wrong with my pc, my phone, my networks, or me.
