The app seems to work fine. No real issues here. I don't know if yall have any control over the Atlantic union Bank automated answering service or not though but it's junk. I don't know if there's a way for it to only be push button or not but the answering service is so sound sensitive. It hears absolutely everything and comes up with what it thinks you said. Even if it was the wind blowing. It's very annoying

It is a serviceable app but has some items that could be addressed: 1. When scrollind down your payees when on my phone, it will not you let you go back if you happen to pass the payee on the list. It would be nice if it will let you scroll up and down for payees without having to restart the payees. 2. It often doesn't recognize my computer or my phone even though I have repeatedly use them to login. This is an inconvenience that could be resolved. Thanks for listening!

Check deposit needs work. App is great with exception of check deposit. Always a pita...sometimes work but sometimes doesn't. Auto check capture is not very reliable and then once you've done everything it takes an agonizing 30 sec or so waiting for the circle timer to grate around and around and you get success about 50% of the time and the other 50% you have to retake the picture. Why isn't this streamlined? Definitely needs work. Otherwise very convenient app.
