(Update: apparently you can not use the "contact us" email link, unless you are on a list of accepted emails. I would have thought that my email address, that they have on file, would be on said list, but it's not. I waited 2 days before receiving an email informing of this. I desperately needed this issue resolved but the banks not open again for 3 days. I'm losing money because of this and 1 other issue but bank related not an app issue

Honestly, I hardly ever use this app. I am new to this I am learning.
