Extremely buggy and frustrating. Crashes all the time, and keeps giving me errors when retrieving my account info - right now, it's "My Accounts Widget configuration is NOT_FOUND." It also refuses to connect to my Paypal account. Hands down the buggiest app I have ever used, which is shocking considering this is a banking app in 2023. Get your devs to fix your app or I will switch banks. The issue is that serious.

I've been with Navigant for several years and I believe it's a great Credit Union to do business with. The mobile app however needs some attention. It is clumsy and unintuitive. For example I like using the quick balance feature but you have to search for it because it is hidden in the settings menu. Why wouldn't it be in the regular menu? Also, when asked to verify your device by using a text, you have to respond to the text in the text Page not the page you left to get the code from. Unintuiti

Use it regularly and find it quick and VERY convenient. Addind a caveat to this: It applies only to the mobil app on my phone. I have downloaded this to my laptop and now to my chromebook. This app has become, to be nice about it, problematic. It will not open on my laptop or chromebook. It did on the laptop until about 3 or 4 months ago. Now? Don't know what happened to the version for laptops and chrome books, but it no does not work. Hey! Developers/IT folks, check this.
