A couple of the bugs that kept me from using this app seem to have been fixed. My main complaint is the camera function for the check deposits: it is hard to tell what is actually going to end up in the photo. Two other banks use a capture system that finds the check border and crops out the rest. One processes the photo to remove shadows and highlight handwriting/text. These work better for me. Otherwise, things work fine.

The app works great. Touch login is convenient. I can view my balance and transactions. I just used mobile deposit for the first time, it seemed to work fine. Everything updates fairly quickly within the app. Sometimes bank deposits take a few hrs to post, even though the money is available. I used the message feature to talk to a representative and I got a response back within the day.

The app is slow to update, direct deposit is usually always a day or two late, and depositing over the app is glitchy... Most of the time if I want accurate information as to what is currently in my account I have to go to an atm. Any pending purchaces can take up to two days to go through... The bank is a good bank, their tellers are always very polite and help you with a smile, but the app sorta sucks... Also your app turns my fingerprint off occasionally which gets super annoying.
