The app works great. Touch login is convenient. I can view my balance and transactions. I just used mobile deposit for the first time, it seemed to work fine. Everything updates fairly quickly within the app. Sometimes bank deposits take a few hrs to post, even though the money is available. I used the message feature to talk to a representative and I got a response back within the day.

i cant even veiw my routimg and account number in their app. this is the wors app layout i ever used. i used wells fargo and chase and there both user friendly to navigate. this app is not. my grandma uses weat america and im thinking of telling her to move banks simple because of how bad the westamerica bank app is. if i could give it 0 starts i would 100%. terrible app.
