Have used this a few times. I find it simple and easy to use. UPDATE: Couple months ago accidntally pressed "wrong" button. Locked me out and couldn't even get mobile customer service to help. Tried deleting and reinstalling app. Still a no-go. Finally trying again today because web site said I could get app again. UPDATE 12/2024: Haven't used app to deposit in quite a while. Getting acceptable photos of check takes longer than other apps.

UPDATED: Worst annoyance: periodically, after I have taken the photos for a deposit, it simply exits the deposit function, and will not let me complete the deposit. Hate the mandatory "double check your photo" with additional wait time. Still wish it had photo capture that auto- crops to the check borders and enhances the print, such as the Exchange Bank app uses. The alignment frame does not line up with the actual photo. Still no fixes, after years.

The app works great. Touch login is convenient. I can view my balance and transactions. I just used mobile deposit for the first time, it seemed to work fine. Everything updates fairly quickly within the app. Sometimes bank deposits take a few hrs to post, even though the money is available. I used the message feature to talk to a representative and I got a response back within the day.
