Easy to use, BUT mobile deposit gives little acknowledgment until it actually clears. At first I wasn't sure it had even worked. To the point I had almost gone to cash or deposit the check physically! Please acknowledge this grey area EB!!!
Taking pictures of checks half the time will result in the picture being extremely jagged and pixely. Everything else works fine but I really only use this to deposit checks.
When I am depositing a check and it says picture too bright until it's so dark it's almost black it is very annoying. Would give 5* but I has taken me t minutes to take 1 picture before and that seriously annoyed me.
I do like the bank so far just a bit odd with pay. I entered a $400 check so I still can't see it
I live in Sacramento now and there's only a couple of branches about 40 minutes away from me, so I think it's really convenient since I want to keep my account with Exchange Bank. Thanks!
Does not seem to work quite up to par from Friday's through Sundays. Otherwise great. Pat S.
