Wish it would show posted and pending account activity. In comparison to other banks, my deposits take several days longer to post and my funds are not even partially available.Tried for the first time using the debit card, and it was declined. I'm not at all happy. This is primarily an online bank and I expect WAY better. Get it together OneUnited!
I agree with some of the reviews regarding certain difficulties. However, any "new" movement has to go through a period of growing pains. That said, I have no complaints. There has never been an issue with the funds and customer service has always been responsive when I had questions. Of course, I would like more branches in my area and ATM's but I am sure that is being worked on and may come about in the future. You can either go through the process of "growing our own" or go with the status quo, and you see what that has gotten us.
For basic, everyday check deposits and/or checking on any money going in and out of my account (I use the mobile alerts too) this is an excellent app. Am definitely looking forward to using more features.
Banking Black is complicated. I want to support, but I'm finding it inconvenient. Atm and mobile deposits take 4 days. Customer service sucks they are worse than the IRS every person has a different story when you call. I find them unresponsive to the needs of customers. It is just a hassle and a downgrade from my current bank. I am afraid to put money in the account because it is difficult to assess with the limited Moneypass networks that charge no fee. Can't see pending transactions...just ugh!
For basic checking or savings accounts, it should show pending transactions instead of a screen saying you've made a successful deposit. I would like to see more detail versus minimal information.
I like this app, the bill pay hasn't worked for me still everything else I've done had no problems
