Great customer service. Received my card as expected. Received many emails with updates on the status of the accounts i opened. 7-10 means business days PEOPLE & thus far One United has not failed me. Reading is fundamental. Be mad at only yourself if u don't read. Transaction don't reflect immediately within the app like most Banks such as BofA , TDBANK,Chase. Running tape of funds SUCK ! GOT TA DO BETTER !
So far so good Reading some of the comments where people weren't getting their cards and pins for like 3 or 4 weeks was mind bottling for me... I got my card and pin within the 7-10 days they said it would come in... Have had 0 issues so far...
It's ok..... Customer support is closed on the weekends. You have to write your life story on a back of a mobile deposit. Cannot find atms in my area... so banking is inconvenient and cumbersome. Can't open up a business account... can't open up a minor or teen checking. Lost a lot of options and features by switching to this bank. I am hoping that by getting the support better features and customer service can be added.
Very upsetting I opened this account because I believe in supporting my people. My deposit was drafted from my account immediately after I applied for the account. Those funds were not credited to my account in 5 days so I called to discuss it. By this time, I had received my debit card. When I spoke to the representative she stated there was a delay in the back office and that my funds would be credited the next day. They werent and still haven't after I was told on 3 different occasions that they would be. 12 days later
Works very well Works just like any other banking app. The only snag I hit is when you deposit a check you must write "for mobile deposit only" or their system will reject the deposit. Nice job one united I'm proud to be a customer!!
Awesome to be a part of change Switched over cold turkey and everything went smooth. The app and website is a little behind, due to it being a smaller institution, and that's understandable. I keep great records, so it doesn't really bother me too much, not having the ability to see "pending" transactions, although I would like having that option. One caveat, which is the only thing that I don't like, is they told me they didn't have a way to increase the ATM and POS limits, evenly temporarily. This creates huge problems at times
