I love that my local branch uses this as a tool but does not expect this app to take the place of in person customer service. The app is very convenient and I'm able to access my account wherever I am.

Easy, fast, and appreciated. I have come to REALLY appreciate the value of this app! It is a must have for all but especially for people "on the go" and rely on their cellphone.

Don't really care for the app. Have to re-take picture over and over before it will accept the photos. Frustrating.
