Ratings and reviews

The app is ok, with basic banking. Although I've been locked out of it very frequently because my password having to be changed so much. doing zelle and transfers into and out of accounts get complicated through this app. I wanted to do so much with Excite to move out of BofA, but with my experience with the app and how far their location is, I do the minimum transactions with Excite.

Limited access and functionality. You have to go to desktop to really do anything other than check balance or use zelle.

Easy to use 24/7 for deposits and bill paying instead of going to the bank and waiting in line or waiting for statements to arrive in the mail. still loving it after all these years!
