Needs a lot of work. Mobile deposits take way too much time and effort. You have to sign the check, put your account number on it, and write "For mobile deposit" on the back. The camera app requires you hold VERY still for 3 seconds or it starts over. If a check has any wrinkles, the app cannot detect it properly, and the deposit gets rejected. You don't know the picture isn't good until you get an email that it was rejected. Very inconvenient when you have a time sensitive deposit to make.

Recently there's been glitches where it says im negative, but immediately after I close the app and open it again my account is fine, please fix this as this nearly scared me half to death. I knew this was a glitch when my payments are in order to the current vs available, and it said I was negative 1000?? That's super unlikely the bank would let it get that far without letting someone know

The widget suddenly stopped working. I kept it on my phone so I could check the balance on our account without going through the hassle of logging in. I loved the widget. Never had a problem with it. But now it just shows me a white screen. It would be awesome if this was fixed. We moved 6 hours away but my husband has used this bank for almost 25 years. It would be great if the widget would start working again.
