Needs a lot of work. Mobile deposits take way too much time and effort. You have to sign the check, put your account number on it, and write "For mobile deposit" on the back. The camera app requires you hold VERY still for 3 seconds or it starts over. If a check has any wrinkles, the app cannot detect it properly, and the deposit gets rejected. You don't know the picture isn't good until you get an email that it was rejected. Very inconvenient when you have a time sensitive deposit to make.

Getting a good picture of a check for deposit can be difficult because the app resamples the picture as black-and-white and often changes a shadow to a big black spot. Can be very frustrating getting a usable picture. Other bank apps use color resampling and are not this difficult. Otherwise, app is intuitive and easy to use.

The widget suddenly stopped working. I kept it on my phone so I could check the balance on our account without going through the hassle of logging in. I loved the widget. Never had a problem with it. But now it just shows me a white screen. It would be awesome if this was fixed. We moved 6 hours away but my husband has used this bank for almost 25 years. It would be great if the widget would start working again.
