make you a have a really complex password and then for you to change it every 3 months. Why??? its secure. Then you cant use a password if you already have the past 3 times. It makes ZERO sense. these company's and apps who do this are very annoying and ignorant. studys show, changing a secure password dosent matter. secure is secure.

I have used the app for i can't remember how long now. The functionality and access are excellent. No cost transfers between accounts. The only drawback to the overall system is the overnight updating, during which, should you transfer money, you can't access the transferred money until the update is cleared. Be sure to have any money you need to access transferred before 8:30 to 9:30 pm so you have continuous access during the update.

Latest update keeps freezing. Once you open it once, if you try again later, it freezes. You can't even close out the app from running apps and get it to reset. You have to wait for it to quit responding, then close it and try again. Update: still having some issue, but BancFirst reached out to me by phone in an attempt to find out what was wrong and help me. Hopefully they will pass the bug on to their software developer and this bug will be gone with the next update.
