The mobil check deposit is horrible. You have to take the picture at least 10 times in order for it to accept the picture. I dont have near as much trouble with depositing a check on my mobil phone with my BOK and RCB apps.
I've liked the app since it came out; however, I've been very disappointed in the fact that I cannot use the check deposit without 1) having an employee grant me access, and 2) pay a fee to use it, which I found out when I asked about the check deposit. I have an account with another bank, as well as 2 friends each at different banks, and all 3 banks do not required special access or charge fees to use their check deposit on their apps. There are times I have waited 4 days just to get my check deposited at the bank because that is my only option. I have considered moving all of my accounts to my other bank just for the better convenience.
For an old guy like me this app is easy to use for everyday bill paying and transferring funds from one account to another. And I have had very little problems with the mobile deposit app.
This app is great! I can keep track of things better than I could by calling the auto-line. And I don't have to wait for the monthly statement.
Reason for the rating is that the app only operates during certain times of the day , only during bussiness hours. Other than that I like the ease of the app. Simple to use. I hope developers of the app will figure something out to make the app completely 24/7 banking.
Literally nothing on this app works not my phone either. The people on the help line are not able to help either the app sucks DO not DOWNLOAD
