Ratings and reviews

I love FFCU, but this app needs work... It is susceptible to crashes and errors, sometimes making money transfers twice when it told you it couldn't complete them. Most of all though, the thing that stinks the most is the Money Management feature. In theory, the idea of having all your accounts synced in one place is awesome. But some of my banks repeatedly make me reverify my information, effectively logging me out and displaying out of date information. I hope there's a fix soon!

Easy, comfortable, secure. I can pay my credit card immediately, and deposit checks with a photo. My only criticism is that it makes me double check and look at the back of a deposit check photo to make sure I wrote "for mobile deposit only". I would rather confirm with one click rather than being forced to go back to the photo unnecessarily.

awesome easy to use app. love the section you can sync all your accounts. just one thing when applying for a credit card the experience was a little more complicated than other banks such as capitol one or wells fargo. The app didnt give me much information when applying and the application process was a little lengthy thinking since i bank with them they should have been able to expidite the process for me which i was hoping for.
