I was prompted to retake a photo of the check several times because the images were deemed unclear or illegible when I could clear see the images taken. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or not but the amount of time and inconvenience this cost me make me question whether I will use this option in the future. This certainly was not convenient!

Mobile check deposit takes longer with this app vs my other bank. Always a problem with taking a picture, asking me to check a perfectly good picture. I may as well drive to the bank it takes the same amount of time. A few months later asked to edit this review and I feel the same way. Takes tooooo looooong.. taking off a star since nothing has improved.

Deposit feature for checks could be better. The camera feature to capture a photo of the check that you are depositing does not work well. I am always asked to look at the photo after it is taken to be sure that it can be read. I never have this problem with my other bank's app.
