The notifications that I requested to be informed about via text are slow to come and lacking important detail. They show the amount but their description of how that amount was associated is useless. I need longer descriptions as almost always. The description is too short and cryptic to be of any help. I need to know the date, the time and the amount. I also need the name of the person Or business that generated the fees such as the name of the store or person that an item was purchased from.

First time user of Bill pay. Seems simple to use and am hoping for good results.

I have had an account with THSB for numerous years now and FULLY RECOMMENDED the bank as well as the app. I couldn't ask for better customer appreciation and customer service everytime I speak to someone or go to the bank. The app just makes life so much easier as well. IF I COULD GIVE IT 10+ STARS I SURE WOULD. I LOVE YOU THSB!!!
