The new format is very confusing and has added more click/taps to navigate. Just terrible.

App is only Okay. It does the job but is pretty basic. One of the major issues I have is that the app WILL NOT show pending transactions. The bank will tell you there is another app for debit cards to show pending transactions and such but it requires a separate login... Yah no thanks that should be Integrated and the fact it's not is kinda a joke. I know I can balance everything manually on my end which is exactly what I do... But the app should really have that all in one place.

The bank is constantly upgrading their software and previous commenters will find that pending debit card transactions are now displayed. That is a big plus because I too could not reconcile my balance without full details. It is especially helpful for those who both shop and do their checkbook on weekends.
