I used this app for years and then all the sudden it will not let me transfer funds between accounts.. no error code.. nothing. I get to the transfer screen, it allows me to pick each account, it allows me to pick an amount, but will not let me hit the transfer button. This is across my old phone, and a brand new phone.. with the app updated, I also uploaded and re downloaded. I called too and they told me they can't help me unless I come in to a branch to show them what the problem is.. which because they don't have technical assistance there I doubt they'll even be able to help me. Super inconvenient

Great and useful, but I liked it better before the ads for their services started showing up on the bottom of the screen. That's just distracting and slows me down when I'm trying to get things done. It would be GREAT if we could add notes to our transactions so we can note in an itemized fashion what we actually paid for and what our transfers are earmarked for.

Outstanding credit union, with an outstanding app easy to use. Check deposite options. Ability to transfer money to any account you have with them, an also I believe outside accounts as well. Highly recommend them... I unfortunately have been having a problem with the check deposit feature. When I try to take the pictures of the check the screen bounces back and forth from landscape mode to portrait mode several times. Then lt errors out.
