The app itself is pretty easy & reliable. My major complaint is the newest version of the mobile check deposit. It takes forever for it to capture the image of the check, more than 30 seconds, that is per side. Then it sometimes will tell me the back size of the check doesn't match. So I have to through the entire capture process again. It reads everything automatically, but that no time savings.

Always works as designed. Mobile deposit super easy. And it links over to their full service website if you need more than basic account info/transactions etc. I love banking w a local bank credit union that cares about its customers. I'm not bombarded with fees and they've always been kind and eager to help when I've needed it. The app is an easy way to bank when I can't make it to their locations during business hours.

Terrible service. Good luck calling in, you'll wait very long & often times, it auto hangs up on u before anyone says hello. To request a simple change, they'll have you docusign something. Which I did & printed a copy that I saved. The change was supposed to take place within a few business days but a month later, it hasn't happened. I just called it again, go thru the entire cycle again. I am sure I did everything right the 1st time bc I checked my original document, & everything looks right.
