This app seems not to make serious errors, but there are many details that are frustrating. For example, the credit card details *never* states the "New Balance" of the current (most recent) statement -- so it's a slow, multistep process to find and view the statement in order to transfer sufficient funds to the member account from which the statement balance is paid on the due date. Under Credit Card details, the "amount due" is only the minimum required, not the *actual* amount now due!

App is usually good but my available balance is always the same as my current balance even with pending charges. Also those pending charges sometimes don't show up and then randomly they show up and post. It would be nice if that could be more immediate so I know what funds I have available without having to bring up a calculator and know what things I've paid.

Love this app! It makes life so much easier being able to pay my bills, deposit checks, transfer money and keep an eye on my finances- right on my phone. I'm going paperless as much as possible so this really beats getting those monthly statements. I have noticed that the eDocuments section hasn't been working for at least the past few days though. That's been a nice feature over the years so I hope it gets fixed soon! I just love banking at WCU and this app has made my experience with them that much better.
