No bloat. Fast, effective and efficient. Sub menus could be a little clearer as to what is there but easy once you find what you're looking for. I have seen reviews for app crash on check deposit, never had it happen. Seems to be a user error/ equipment error, not an app error I don't think. My phone is an s20fe and the app works flawlessly with no crashes.

This app and the general user experience of Cap Com mobile banking isn't great. I want a simple interface where it is easy to manage multiple bank accounts or transfer money between joint and individual accounts. This is hard to log onto and the money management features are hard to control: I don't want to be emailed about every transaction, but I want some notice of specific transactions and this app does not make it easy to see how I might do that. It is relatively easy to use for depositing

App is poorly designed and information is not easily available. When I called support after being hung up on 3 times the same person answered my question 2 different ways. Mobile check deposit instructions are not consistent, it tells you first to write the account number on the check then says not to do so later in the process. Very frustrating, would have been quicker to go to bank in person.
