When I try to enable text notifications, I never receive the verification code because the application assumes that all phone numbers with the +1 prefix are from the United States. As a result, it omits Puerto Rico’s +1 code and does not allow me to add it manually, making it impossible to complete the authentication process. I have reported this issue multiple times to bank staff. In addition, the application is not user-friendly, as it requires customers

The lag between clicking "deposit" and "please review the photo" is long- I sometimes put down my phone and it times out. Maybe a warning when you click "deposit" that "your transaction is not complete until you approve the images of the check". It is also RIDICULOUS that you cannot see ANY details (other than amount) for deposited checks, either here or on the desktop site. It makes it very hard to reconcile accounts. I will never use this bank again, because of the difficulties with the digital services.

I had an experience where two checks were deposited one right after the other within a 5 minute period. Both deposits went through as successful. Days later one of the deposits were reflected on the online portal and there was no record of the other. There was no notification the one of the deposits failed or a reason for the failure. The only way to check the status was to go back to the company that issued the check and have them verify that the check had not cleared. This is not acceptable.
