Very easy to use and convenient. I do not have a local branch however I am able to make check deposits directly from my phone and my funds are accessible in a short time frame. Excellent app and credit union. No complaints here. *resubmitting* Nothing works... Fingerprint sign on I loved, does not work. None of the features to make app easy to use work. So disappointed right now. I don't like keying in a password every time I want/need access to my acct. PLEASE FIX!!!!!
Unless I need greater account detail for some reason, I use my phone - even at home. This app brings everything I need to use for routine transactions or balance checking. With two of us using the account, I can get balances and activity checks in real time. Since my 2014 review, I have seen a lot of institutions advertising "new" services that have been routine services at SCU for a long time. I could not be better served by any other institutions.
Love all that Service does! My only gripe is trying to make a mobile deposit with the app is always a 50/50 of whether it will freeze or not. EDIT: latest update works like a charm and a much better user experience!
The mobile deposit is garbage. They need to fix it point blank and simple. Your front of the church is on point but the back come on. Took me 20 mins to get an image to take. Seriously thinking about changing banks because other banks are so much easier.
Fail on bill pay. You cannot see your bills, you can only pay if you already know the amount. It's the only bad part, but really important.
Good overall but please get rid of the ad after exiting. It's very annoying!
