Edit (08/2022): Things got better, then they created a Pro subscription and now I'm trying to do something and they want me to subscribe to Pro+. Stay away. Original (08/2019): Location services stopped working with the latest update. The UI is so bad that I can't find anything. When I thought I was turning off location services to turn it back on (hoping that it would work) all my apps were deleted. Frustrating to the point I'm looking for alternatives right now after being a long-time user.

Great concept, but very few features actually work. Most services I tried using did not work, or were not supported. For example, it turns the smart plugs on/off, but does not recognize the lights in my app. It can trigger my vacuum cleaner to pause/resume cleaning, but does not recognize my Galaxy S8 placing or receiving a call. And it's like that every time. I could not set up a single useful applet. Not a single one. Uninstalling

Very easy to set up advanced triggers for many devices and services. Thought I was going to need coding skills but it's all done for you. You just need to tweak the available actions. One part that needs improvement is how confusing the navigation in the app tends to be. It is hard to know when you are searching available services or if you are viewing things you already set up. Everything is sort of merged to get her and multiple places to search. So better organization is needed. Overall this is an incredible service but make sure you have or plan to buy devices that are compatible with IFTTT protocol.
