IFTTT is super helpful to automate repetitive things or to give your phone a little upgrade. The app let's you choose from Applets (you can choose existing ones or you can make your own) and then tweak it to make it work for you. I use it for making sure I have WiFi turned on at home so I don't eat through my data and recently I used to find my phone, which was one silent, by using a applet that turns my ringer on to 100% when my phone receives a text with the content of "lostphone". I would also recommend Automate which is a similar app. It's not as intuitive or easy to use as IFTTT is, but I find it more reliable and flexible. Super useful and fun app.
Great idea but it isn't reliable. A simple recipe like turn off ringer at work can't be counted on and is a real disappointment. Should be called IIOW If It Only Worked
A good app. I would love to have the ability to assign multiple then activities... using another app to do this for a single command is annoying. But it does work across multi platforms.
Leave home, arrive home works sometimes. Uses location services so very intermittent. Would like to tell it in home, when Conneted to home WiFi instead.
Great app that seems to work for my needs to toggle a sonoff switch to provide a pulse signal. Can you add support for Tasker? Is there a pro version available I would like to contribute to the developers?
The app is good and all but it can't notify me when SpaceX is having a launch. So far it's just a waste of "space" (loll)
