I have a yearly subscription, which is pricey. Applets lose connectivity at least once a day. When it works it's good, but it's too expensive for such an unreliable product. Update - Takes about a week at best for Daniel to respond to your email asking for help. He's asked some basic questions but has offered no solution or suggestions. I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1. If I get some support, I'll modify the rating accordingly.

I already cancelled my subscription because the app doesn't work correctly (and yes, battery optimization and all other settings are correct), but now they've lowered the number of applets to 2 to try to force people to pay for the service that still doesn't work correctly. FIX YOUR APP and I'll gladly pay for it. I would just uninstall it, but iRobot's geofencing requires it now. So I have to keep this stupid app that only works half the time.

Absolute decline from what it was. Only allow one applet on the free version now it seems. Absolutely not paying for pro. Money grabs all around. Trying to do anything just prompts you to pay for pro. Not happening. See the recent reviews for this app and stay away. Don't even bother. I reported my problem, doubt I'll receive a reply. Great job running your company into the ground. IFTTT won't be around much longer guaranteed. Look elsewhere for your automation needs.
