Every update we are promised issues of non running recipe are fixed but nothing runs. Uninstalling if this doesn't change soon.
Great app! Love the Google Assistant integration and more...
Mostly reliable until an app update is released. Applets don't always work if an update hasn't been loaded and installed.
Much better now since the new release. Things work great and it's running smooth so far.
It works. It's easy. I sign in and my lights run their routines, nothing needs to be backed up. I flash a lot of custom ROMs and the cloud design makes it very hands off. Unfortunately, the theme of hands off sacrifices granularity. The command structure is exactly what this app promises: if then than that. I wish IFTTT catered more to power users and allowed for more complex chains of commands. However, I will give this service a bonus point for the Maker applet. Overall, IFTTT serves as a good entry point for the smart home enthusiast. It is plug and play with everything safely in the cloud. It's simplicity is a virtue and a caveat. It leaves you craving more power very quickly for the power user. 4/5
Snail paced response.. and it feels like basically stopped transmitting Philips hue triggers. I ask for a scene to be set, and it never gets through. Edit: the app is facing some issue reading scenes from the hue app. I tried following some suggestions to reset the hue service, and ended up having all my custom hue applets deleted. That's just a stupid design decision.. just make them inactive..
+ We added a "Widget" category in the search tab. Widgets are Applets that run when you tell them to. They're *pretty* cool, so we wanted them to be easier to find.
+ We squashed a few bugs.
Thanks for IFTTT-ing!
