What happened to this app? Why do the devs release an update every single day that breaks your daily tasks? This wasn't an issue a few years ago. This app used to be great but if you force updates every day it breaks the tasks you have scheduled. Makes no sense. An app shouldn't have to be updated everyday. No other app does this.
Wasted opportunity. Powerful idea crippled and made pointless by the insistence on over simplicity and lowest common denominator UI design. There should be an advanced mode, hidden away so ipad users can't accidentally activate and confuse themselves, allowing for multiple trigger conditions and finer time control etc. I would pay for that.
Love the app, its low footprint, and versatility for so many different recipes. Edit: You seriously broke location services. My applets are triggering when they shouldn't be. I have to uninstall it until you guys rollback whatever changes you made...
3 phones and 3 years later this app has just gone downhill. Most of the recipes do not work anymore. I used to love this app... I'm not sure how it's possible, but it's terrible now. It's upsetting because it was such a cool idea, and was great when it worked a year or so ago.
It used to be an awesome service but lately geo fencing is way too off. I had it send my partner 4-5 SMS for leaving work, thanks to you guys we had a huge quarrel regarding me spending suspicious time outside work & home. Please fix it will give 5*.
what happened? I used to use this service daily, it worked with no issues and now I can only get half of my applets to work and the other half do not work at all. Such as when leaving an area, turn off wifi (doesn't work at all) gps is on, nowhere close to the area. Or turn volume up to 100% at a certain time (only works when I open the app) background data is turned on along with several other applets. I have contacted help several times with ZERO replies. IFTTT sucks now. Only 2 stars because it used to be good.
+ We made some improvements to the reliability of the Android SMS service.
+ We squashed some small bugs.
Thanks for IFTTT-ing!
