I have uninstall & re-install several times. It tells me that it can not locate internet service. I can't get the coupons and I have talked to the store manager and he said there had been many complaints about the app but there is nothing he can do. When asked about honoring the online coupons he just flatly said no. I do a lot of business with the IGAs and probably still will. I think they should either fix the app or either honor the extra savings offer or take the coupons out of the ad.

Subpar, glitchy app with missing items, but that's not the worst bit. The staff may be sugary sweet but also completely incompetent or illiterate. You can leave almost condescendingly detailed notes and speak directly with the shoppers and they will still mess up the order! They charge $8.95 per delivery (sans tip) and will overcharge you so check receipt. No more chances and so-sorries; I will NEVER order from them again!

I don't like this store at all. They short their employees. my son worked there and was shorted so much on his check it came out to less than, LESS THAN, $7.00 an hour. And they refused to fix it. With their prices and the fact that THEIR self checkout is always malfunctioning I would rather shop at another store.
