Ratings and reviews

Been using this app for years with no problems, got a new phone recently and now 80% of the time the charts don't load. I just get an error message "apologies we were unable to load the requested chart on this occasion". Will update this review if I can find a solution, but haven't been able to yet. The app has become pretty much unusable for me unfortunately
