I am disappointed with the Karmayogi app. I have completed my courses, but I am unable to download my certificates. Every time I try, it just shows "Try again I have been waiting for the past 2 days, but the issue is still not resolved. This is very frustrating, especially after putting in the effort to complete the course. There seems to be no proper support or quick solution provided within the app. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible, as it is affecting users who need their certificat

This is a very good initiative. i definitely appreciate it. There is an issue. I am unable to find any data saving option in App Settings. Playing videos is draining a lot of data automatically. Although we can change pixel quality every time while playing video again and aging. But it would be better if there happens to be a default option to play videos in data saving mode automatically. Thank you.

I am facing an issue while using the app. Whenever I try to play a video, it does not start and an error message appears saying "Unable to load video." And, the app is consuming a large amount of data even though the videos are not playing properly. This is causing inconvenience and unnecessary data usage. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
