Good overall It helps when you don't know what to work, the workouts have been making me nice and sore. (You choose your own weights and enter it in) I wish I could focus on specific body parts in my goals, like have two leg days a week for booty growth or say I have a bum knee so skip the squats or something.. also wish I could close it and still have my workout timer going (I habitually close all my apps). And sometimes it'll put two of the same day (eg. Back, bicep) two days in a row..
