Ratings and reviews

Every time I upload an image of an invoice through the app the iHP team claims the invoice is illegible. They once sent me an example of the image and the app mutilated the image such that it was illegible when my original photo was perfectly clear. It almost seems like they are doing this intentionally so that it is more difficult to file a claim because I've brought it up to them multiple times and they still haven't fixed the issue.

Unusually, this app requires many information (including 16 digit company ID, etc) to login which is not userfriendly. And the app keeps loading for long time to just open it. App has lots of technical glitches. Kindly upgrade the app.

Everytime upgrade never able to connect to system anymore why not design something more user friendly and not so troublesome
