I have the TP350 model and everything had worked perfectly for almost 1 year, until yesterday. The app wasn't pulling any info from the device. I've tried changing the batteries, deleting the device from the app, redownloading the app, but nothing has worked. Now when I try and re-add the device in the app it won't find it, even when my phone is right next to the device.

Several months later, I'm changing my review to 5 stars from 3. What has changed? All 5 units are working and connecting to the app as designed. Customer Support was very helpful. The trick was to uninstal and reinstall the app. All units successfuly connected. OLDER POST -> have 3 units. I got the first one to connect to the app, but the other 2 won't. I think it's the app. When I make the units visible, the search just spins and spins, but never find anything. It never even times out.

UPDATE TO 5 STARS: They fixed it around 10/09! The past week or so, it has been logging data on its own whether or not I open the app or not. It hasnt skipped a beat since. Im finally able to view trends and real-time data with accuracy. Im happy I kept it. ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW: this is worthless, does not upload data unless you open the app and force refresh. so you never gave more than a small amount of data. I think I will try and return it to Amazon and find a thermometer that works!
