Don't be fooled by ilumi's support. They are all over this site providing "help" via email for PR purposes (ooooh look! They're responsive), but nothing they provide works. Turn over in support must be dismal (why would anyone want to provide so much useless help?) The software is among the worst out there especially v2. I have 20 of these bulbs and my frustration has hit its limit. Months of sheer utter frustration. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7
Like the bulbs once I get them programmed but its always a chore because the app is total garbage. It has randomly reset ALL of my settings when I tried to delete a group it automatically addef too ugh.
Have gone back and forth, but they keep helping me and these things are quite the nifty trick when working. Love being able to touch a color, and the house turns that color. Is very cool, sometimes challenging and need to work with support. Am still with them, still love having colors instead of boring old white....
Ilumi app unable to find device after 5th use. Reinstalling didn't work, removing and unpairing device didn't work. Light bulb now unusable. Absolutely atrocious app. Returning for refund.
App worked a few times. Now is unusable. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still useless. I'd give 4 stars if the app was functional.
App won't connect to the 60 dollar light. So now I have a 60 dollar white light!! Stupid me!!
If you already have an account setup with ilumi, you will need to log-out and log back into the app after downloading this version to access your ilumi network.
The ilumi gen1 app is no longer being maintained or supported. We highly recommend that you download the ilumi app and migrate over your account to avoid any issues with use. Thank you.
