Enter your cell phone number at your nearest Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) when you recycle and start your journey toward a better world. Download the app and create your Imagined Earth profile. Your profile allows you to earn money, coupons, link to selected loyalty partners and get rewarded. Access a full history of your transactions and track your recycling. You can also transfer money earned from your recycling to selected loyalty partners. Use the app to identify and learn about product packaging and share in community successes with partner visibility.

Ratings and reviews

Just recycled my first 10 bottles and the app did not register any of them. My profile information is lost, including my name, and when I press "edit profile" to input my details again, it just perpetually loads. The idea is great, but the app needs A LOT of work, cause these kinds of glitches can deter people from continuing to recycle. Hope this gets fixed soon. UPDATE I deleted & reinstalled the app. When I logged back in, it successfully retrieved my profile & accurately logged my recycling.

The idea was great because I end up having a lot of glass bottles to recycle every few weeks. My first few deposits went without problems. Two days ago, I went for my largest deposit (4 boxes of glass bottles). I made the deposit, only to find that I wasn't credited for all that material. Customer service is fictitious, I couldn't log my query. Not using this app again, considering it uninstalled. I'd rather take my recyclables to the township where people can use them for discounts.

I love the fact that I can scan all my items before adding them to my recycling bag. I have one request, some items I use (due to allergies it's generally from health stores) doesn't exist but the packaging says its recyclable. Would be great if I could submit these products to be checked and added. Also a way to understand what the different numbers indicate on some products, especially those that's only partly recyclable. But overall great initiative!
