Wrote a 1000+ word review. Turns phone slightly, the app flips to landscape which is standard but at the same time refreshes the Web page and so deletes my review. The app refreshes the Web page every time you change orientation. 🙄 Also the unnecessary garbage on the homepage added in the past couple of years? You used to be able to see which movies are in the cinema and quickly get to the film pages when you click on the movie, but now the front page is filled with bland stuff.

I'm one of those people who when an actor seems familiar I HAVE to look them up to see what I've seen them in! IMDb is brilliant for this, often quicker than Google, has SO much info & rarely disappoints. It's so easy to navigate & find what you want, each actor/show/film page has tons of info about them all in one place. I love that I can make a single watchlist in 1 place & tag favourite actors so I get notifications when new info is added. I refer to IMDb at least twice a day, often more!

This app is inexcusably slow. Often displaying 'This is taking longer than usual' and suggesting a change of networks, when at the same time, every other app is working perfectly fine. Imdb is an excellent source of information, and should be the go-to place for finding out about films, television shows, actors etc, instantly available at your fingertips. Unfortunately this app lets it down hugely, as it cannot seem to perform what should be its basic functions to an acceptable standard.
