app not working fully, I am paying for the abo in App and since weeks, I can't read my mag on the app! client services responded only as a ' yes we know'?!

Fixed login screen in 3.01 but the app is not downloading in background, you cannot read something already downloaded while with a download in progress, is always using the internal memory, it presents your list of magazines as a long horizontal list so if you have 30-40 items, good luck scrolling. To top it up it does not let you read if you have no internet connection even with downloaded magazines. It's 2020 and these are basic usability requirements. Baffling!

I have a subscription already, but it is not in my account on this new version of the app. They get my money every month for this subscription. This is robbery! Very disappointed!
