APP worked for 2 days and now won't open. Looks like it starts and just closes on Android. Only other issues when it was working was constant load screen when tabbing to APP from notification of motion and no details in the videos exported so no way to stamp the video with date, time, and temp. Hopefully the APP will work again so I don't have bricks.
Wtf... I ordered the 5 camera system, got it today, and the software is junk. It will not let me add a system, the window just disappears. What is wrong with companies these days, having people spend HUNDREDS of dollars, and your software is junk. ** update... After the latest update that was pushed last night, everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for the fast response. I was just very frustrated I couldn't use my product when I received it, I even paid for the expedited shipping 😃. Anyway. All working now
Slow and buggy The android app is slow and there are too many bugs to be considered useable. It works much better on iPhone. I've got some concerns regarding the hardware as well. At the moment all the cameras are few feet from the sync module, which is few feet from the router. Still the connection is slow and sometimes cameras don't seem to connect to the sync device.
It works great, WHEN IT WORKS. App keeps crashing. Re-downloaded it and it works til I try and log in. Tried everything and now I can't leave my house. 2nd time in a month it's happened.
Got the 5 camera system 8 months ago. Got it installed and set up with no problems. Worked great until recently when performance got spotty. Unable to detect motion all the time now, late notifications, playback takes longer if at all, live view is hit or miss. Five stars the last 7 months, one star now. So I average it at 3. If it does not get better soon, it will be a one star.
Worked flawless until I did the latest update. Video no longer loads from the pass word screen of my phone. I have to back out of the app and reload. Also it takes a bit of finagling to turn off and on the cameras.(the spinning circle that indicates a task is being done won't stop unless I back out.)Not huge issue but issues non the less.
