Ratings and reviews

As far as getting the funds when/if they are posted, its fine. The fee is steep, in my opinion, and it's rare that I can access funds until almost 6pm the following day (best case scenario). The 1 star is for the lack of any customer service. When I have had issues and submitted to their "help desk", it's NEVER been resolved. Deleting. Not worth paying to be misled or ignored.

easy to use and quick! it make everything easy to change payment methods to receive your funds within 30 minutes or less with a debit card. I have had no issues to far!

genuinely such a poorly designed and executed app. half the time things don't load in correctly, and the customer service agents are usually of no help and just tell you to either wait it out or contact your employer. if i was able to use literally any other app for immediate pay withdrawing i would 100% make the switch but unfortunately this one is what my employer uses and i am stuck with it. not to mention the fact that they recently upped the fees and withdrawal limitations. do better pls
