I have struggled with anxiety and depression off and on (mostly on) for many years, and I can honestly say I've never come across any tool that consolodates progress tracking/journaling and training/mental exercises as simply and effectively as Lift. I can see it being a great addition to therapy, but also stands on its own as an amazing recovery tool.

I'm loving this app! It has so many features to explore that help me grow and learn. The training is spot on, and I love the ability to keep track of my emotions in such detail. The tracker has helped me spot areas that I can focus on to keep me in a healthy state of mind. Highly recommend!

Great app to help manage your mental health. The tracker is helpful to goal set and hold accountability, and there are an abundance of resources to learn about and how to manage your mental health. It's the best app I have used for immediate and long-term support!
