We've listened to your feedback and have paid special attention to the look and feel of the platform, ease of use and speed to improve your experience. Importantly, we have brought offline mode to the app to help in those areas with lower signal. We've worked hard to create reimagined web dashboards, support for different languages and the ability for you to participate in other organisations’ ImproveWell projects using the same account.
A full list of new features is below:
• Offline mode: some network connections can be patchy, especially on the move. Now you won't notice if your signal is interrupted.
• Multi-account capabilities: you can get involved in cross-organisation ImproveWell projects.
• Smarter look: this revamp brings you a contemporary, easy to navigate app, in which you can more easily submit and keep track of your ideas and messages.
• Redesigned improvement reports: no more zooming in to hard-to-read PDFs, we now have beautifully designed HTML reports that you can scroll through at leisure.
• Managing your project on the run: you’ll be able to apply filters, search and review innovation coming in from your frontline colleagues in ways you didn’t think were possible.
• Multi-language: we can support organisations with language requirements.
