Dakiki (dance studio software) has teamed up with DanceComp Genie (dance competition software) to create the ultimate dance app.

Studios can manage their entire business, including dance competition registrations and critiques.

Competitions can live stream, and upload photos and videos from their events.

Parents can view and download the competition media for their dancers, and manage payments for dance classes and competitions.

Frustrating if you need to change payment methods. I needed to add a new card but there's not an option to add a new card. (As of yet) However customer service reps were amazing & tried to give me all kinds of solutions to fix it. They were very accommodating in the end I do want to suggest if you are having trouble the day of competition trying to purchase the videos be sure to add the location then because once the live event is over it's no longer available in the list of events

This app is a HUGE piece of junk. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. First, the scrolling selection to input the dancer's DOB is a waste. Just allow the DOB to be tyoed in. It would be MUCH faster. Second, the photos are TINY thumbnails that can't be enlarged to even see that you're picking the correct photos. Overall, it's just not intuitive to use at all.

I have tried to download videos and photos but cannot find them. Says download successful but they are not there. Also if you accidentally add an event (which is very easy to do) there is no way to delete so you are stuck with several events in your "My Event" that you can't do anything about. Very frustrating.
