Basically all this app is is a way to see your balance and transactions. You cannot even change your account info (example - your address). Also, transactions that you can see the whole transaction on the website gets truncated in the app and no way to expand it. There is also no way to contact anyone other than by snail mail or telephone (it is an automated system with only 4 options and no way to talk to a live person about a problem that is NOT listed as 1 of the options). VERYSour experience

Been using this app for a couple years now. Everything is straightforward & intuitive. Never had a problem until a few days ago.. All of a sudden one day I go to log in & it tells me my username and/or password is wrong but it isn't. I can log in on my desktop just fine. I'm not sure what the deal is.. I uninstalled & reinstalled to see if that would work but to no avail.. Shame.. Back when it worked, it was easily a 3.5 or 4 star app.

At first it was good and now it keeps getting bad. I do not like the transaction fee that was raised from 50 cents to 95 on every transaction. The mobile app hasn't let me login for 2 months now. It's supposedly being worked on Good thing is no annual or monthly fees. It's not bad if you withdrawal all your $ when it is credited to your account. That way I avoid transaction fees. I don't like keeping my $ on cards or banks anyways. I may switch to card wth no trans fee for online purchases.
